    If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

    AK, HI, PR, VI and Guam don't qualify for free shipping. And an additional $19.95 will be added to the above shipping costs.

    Shipping and Handling

    Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days if available and arrive in 7-14 business days. Some items are shipped directly from the producer and may take slightly longer. 

    Some larger items cost more to ship and may have additional freight charge. We will notify you of these additional charges prior to processing your order.

    Sales Tax Charges

    Sales tax is charged only to states where BOSSA has a physical presence. Currently this is only California.

    Return Policy

    1. Items must be returned within 14 DAYS of receipt of original purchase.
    2. All items must be unworn, with original tags attached.
    3. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
    4. Customer must pay for return-shipping charges.
    5. Gift certificates, accessories and sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
    6. If you have received free shipping because your original order was over $97, we will deduct a shipping fee from your refund if your total order becomes less than $97 due to the return you made.
